آقای بهزاد خسروی آدینه وند در مصاحبه با خبرگزاری صدا و سیما افزود: در شرایط عادی، پیوستن کشور‌ها به FATF هیچ مشکلی ندارد و کشور ما هم اگر در شرایط عادی بخواهد به FATF بپیوندد هیچ مشکل و بار معنایی منفی ندارد و بنده به عنوان کارشناس اقتصادی با آن مخالف نیستم، اما در شرایط فعلی که کشور ما، بانک مرکزی، همه بانک‌های عامل، وزیر امورخارجه، دفتر رهبری، نیرو‌های مسلح، همه صنایع مختلف از جمله خودروسازی، فولادسازی و کشتی سازی و … مورد تحریم واقع شده اند این سوال پیش می‌آید که آیا پیوستن ما به FATF می‌تواند گره گشای مشکلی باشد یا خیر؟
این کارشناس اقتصادی افزود: FATF دو مبحث اصلی را در خود جای داده و آن را دنبال می‌کند نخست اینکه به دنبال شفاف سازی و تامین ریسک سرمایه گذاری در کشورهاست و دوم این که هر کشوری که عضو FATF باشد و این پیمان را پذیرفته باشد همه رویکرد‌ها و گزارش‌های مالی خود را باید ارائه کند.
آقای خسروی آدینه وند گفت: حالا سوال اینجاست که در مبحث دوم, FATF که به دنبال همه گزارش‌های مالی ما می‌گردد بنابراین غیر از این نیست که تمامی اطلاعات بانکی ما درز خواهد کرد و این در حالی است که ما در حال دور زدن تحریم‌ها قرار داریم و عایدی جز دادن اطلاعات نصیب ما نمی‌شود.
وی در خصوص طرفداران و حمایت کنندگان از FATF در کشور گفت: رئیس جمهور و تیم اقتصادی ایشان و بانک مرکزی که معتقدند اگر ما به FATF بپیوندیم کشور‌های دوستی مثل روسیه، چین و افغانستان بهتر می‌توانند مبادلات بانکی و تجاری با ما داشته باشند اگر این تضمین را به مجلس و کارشناسان اقتصادی می‌دهند که این اتفاق می‌افتد، ما هم موافقیم.
کارشناس اقتصادی افزود:، اما باید پیشاپیش بگوییم که این موضوع فریبی بیش نیست و این‌ها می‌خواهند از این طریق شیوه دور زدن تحریم‌ها را دنبال کنند و به دنبال درز‌های اطلاعاتی اقتصادی ما هستند و هدفی جز این ندارند.
آقای خسروی آدینه وند اضافه کرد: در حال حاضر کشوری مثل کره شمالی با این که در فهرست سیاه است از تبادلات تجاری با کشور‌هایی مثل چین و روسیه برخوردار است و کشور‌های زیای داریم که عضو FATF نیستند و از نظر مبادلات تجاری مشکل خاصی هم ندارند.
وی گفت: همه ما می‌دانیم که شرایط کشورمان شرایط غیرطبیعی است و به دلیل فشار حداکثری از ناحیه تحریم‌های امریکا، این فشار‌ها بر ما تقبل شده و باید گفت ادعایی که این دوستان می‌کنند به آن خیلی خوشبین نیستیم.
این کارشناس اقتصادی افزود: عده‌ای می‌گویند در حال حاضر، بانک‌هایی وجود دارند که تحت فشار حداکثری امریکا نیستند و، چون مبادلات تجاری آن‌ها بر مبنای دلار نیست آن‌ها خواهان این موضوع هستند و معتقدند که مشکلی برایشان پیش نمی‌آید.
آقای خسروی آدینه وند گفت: پیوستن به FATF بدون گرفتن تضمین‌های لازم به صلاح نیست چرا که ما تجربه‌های زیادی داریم از جمله در بحث برجام، اینستکس، پروژه اس تی اس تی روسیه که این‌ها عملا هیچکدام به نتیجه نرسیده و ما نگران همین موضوع هستیم که با پیوستن به FATF هم هیچ چیز گیرمان نیاید و در نهایت آن درز‌های اطلاعاتی که در حال حاضر گردش مالی ما در آن تجربه کسب کردیم برای دور زدن تحریم‌ها آن را هم از دست بدهیم.
وی در پایان افزود: باز هم نگران این هستیم که با دادن این اطلاعات در نهایت به دولت امریکا، تحریم‌هایی که تا امروز توانسته ایم دور بزنیم از این بعد دیگر نتوانیم اجرایی کنیم.
